It could start as a Hip hop track, but then sadness took over, making it feel a bit desperate. It turns into an exploration of the specific sound of the Rhodes piano.

A very naive experiment with harmony using VCV Rack to explore a harmonic movement around the IIm -> VIIM progression... but I liked the atmosphere. It uses a special note distribution to create the effect, though I've lost the trick.
